Questions about GDP?

Getting started
What does GDP do?
We help established Australian local service businesses with thoughtful review replies, credible video and more organised customer communication.
The aim is to make your business easier to understand and deal with, while you keep control of important decisions. Explore our three services.
Is GDP only for trades?
No. Trades and home-service businesses are examples, not the limit.
GDP suits established local service businesses with genuine work and customer experiences to communicate. Regulated or sensitive industries need a separate suitability assessment.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We start with the problem you want to improve and explain the options in plain language.
You can start with one service rather than a large package. We need confirmed business facts, permitted material and someone who can approve the work.
Previews and pricing
Is the Private Preview really free?
Yes. The Private Preview is free, and we agree its scope with you first.
Paid production, implementation, support and platform costs are quoted separately. No paid service starts without your agreement.
What could my preview include?
A review response example, a private watermarked video concept or a limited customer assistance demonstration could be a useful starting point.
We choose the relevant example with you. All three are not automatically included, and a demonstration does not contact real customers or connect a live system.
How much does paid work cost, and how long does it take?
We quote for the work you need. Timing is agreed once the scope, material and permissions are clear.
There is no standard price list or promised turnaround. Ongoing arrangements can be discussed, with inclusions, supplier costs, fees and terms set out in your proposal.
What should I put in my first email?
Tell us your business name, website and the main problem you want to improve.
Add your main service and service area, preferred starting point, your role and a suitable way to contact you. Please leave out passwords, verification codes, customer databases, payment details and sensitive records. Email GDP through our Contact page.
Reviews and replies
Can you help with Google and Facebook review replies?
Yes. We can help prepare considered replies that reflect the customer’s experience and your business accurately.
Monitoring and publishing are scoped for the selected account and its permissions. Preparing a draft does not authorise posting it.
What about a difficult or negative review?
We can help prepare a thoughtful reply and identify when a person needs to take over.
Disputes, admissions, compensation and exceptional promises stay with an authorised person. We do not fabricate reviews or suppress legitimate criticism.
Can older review replies be improved?
Yes, where the platform allows editing and you authorise the change.
We check the actual account’s capabilities first. A proposed improvement remains a draft until the permitted action is approved.
Video and customer proof
Can you turn a customer review into a video?
Yes. A genuine review can become a clear, engaging customer story without changing its meaning.
Identifiable promotional reuse needs the reviewer’s permission, the right source rights and your approval. Genuine people, places, work and results need authentic evidence.
Do I have to film everything myself?
We can make capturing real work easier with simple shot lists and smartphone filming guidance.
You or your team capture what is genuine, and GDP can handle the agreed editing, narration, captions, branding and formats. The material and production responsibilities are agreed first.
Can AI-generated presenters or scenes be used?
Yes, to explain an approved message or create clearly identified illustrative advertising.
They are not presented as genuine customers, employees, properties, completed projects or results. Customer proof and creative advertising are different, and appropriate disclosure is checked before release.
Do you make service explainers and short advertisements too?
Yes. A clear service explanation or short advertisement can help people understand what you offer.
These are separate from customer-review proof. We use confirmed services and facts, then agree the format, intended channel and any publishing work with you.
Chat, voice and connected assistance
Can you help my business with a chatbot or voice assistant?
Yes. We can scope helpful customer assistance around your confirmed business information and a practical route to a person.
A private demonstration is a starting point, not a live customer system. Channels, costs, permissions, testing and support are agreed for your business. GDP’s own website chatbot and voicebot are coming soon.
What do you mean by consultative enquiry qualification?
It helps a prospective customer explain what they need, understand whether your service suits them and choose a useful next step.
It is not pressure to buy a predetermined product. The aim is a more useful first conversation, with the customer’s choice respected.
Can all my messaging channels go into one inbox?
A shared inbox may be possible for selected channels. We check the connections your business actually needs.
Technical support, permissions, costs, privacy and responsibility are assessed individually. We do not promise universal coverage or that every enquiry will be captured.
Can an assistant book appointments or take payments?
Only if that specific action is supported, tested and authorised in the agreed implementation.
Preparing a message or showing an option is not a confirmed booking, payment or commitment. Important decisions and exceptions remain with authorised people.
Your control and contacting GDP
Will you send or publish things without my approval?
No. You approve the final material and where it will appear before anything is sent or published.
Approving a private preview is not permission to publish it. Live connections, customer contact and consequential actions need their own agreed authority.
Will you guarantee more reviews, enquiries or sales?
No. We help make your genuine work easier to see and understand, but we do not promise a particular result.
Review volume, ratings, rankings, enquiries, bookings, revenue and inclusion in AI-generated answers depend on the business, audience, implementation and third-party systems.
Who owns my material and the finished work?
Your existing material keeps its rights. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned work are agreed in your services agreement.
We also agree account control, copies, exports and handover for the chosen platform. GDP does not promise ownership of a supplier’s software or universal portability.
How do I raise a privacy concern?
Email admin@gdpaisolutions.com with the subject Privacy enquiry.
Please keep sensitive information out of the first email. Optional website analytics stays off until you accept it, and you can revisit Privacy choices in the footer. Read our Privacy Policy.
How do I speak with someone at GDP?
Email admin@gdpaisolutions.com. It is our main enquiry route.
Use the Contact page to register your interest in a Free Private Preview or explain what you need. An email does not confirm a booking, enrol you in a mailing list or start paid work.
When is GDP open?
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on public holidays.
Weekends are by prior appointment only. These are the hours listed for our Victorian base; we confirm the time zone when arranging an appointment. You can email at any time, but an immediate reply or after-hours support is not promised.
Have a question about your own business?
Start with review responses, a video concept or a private customer-assistance demonstration. We agree the preview scope and permitted material before preparing it.
